The Fault in Our Stars- John Green

I have a massive girl crush on Shailene Woodley and watched this movie some time ago, picked up this book from a Lilliput Library and it's been on my bookshelf for a long time. I had finished A Good Girl and also my show (absolute existential crisis material) and dragged myself through the house to browse my bookshelf, found it, and read it in two nights. Being a book about young people with cancer, it's weirdly the most heart warming thing i've read in ages. Resilience, it's one of the most saving attributes we can have as humans and these characters have bundles of it. A great movie, a lovely book with a nod to how literature can literally (lol) change our lives and how books can speak to us on so many levels and help us through so many differnt things we face.
